Hello, we are Trevor and Merle . Today we are joining the AutoCom Associates team and are  looking forward to bringing enthusiasm, creativity and an energetic perspective to an already thriving public relations company. We are excited to contribute to AutoCom’s daily business and upcoming events such as the Tech Crawl, the SAE and Traverse City.

Let us introduce ourselves:
My name is  Trevor, I am 27 years and graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and advertising. I look forward to applying my skills at AutoCom Associates, as well as gaining hand on experience in the field of public relations.  
Before interning at Autocom I worked as a freelance journalist and photographer for The Oakland Press where I covered music.  I also part-timed for my family’s auto parts business Mazza Auto Parts, where I specialized in customer relations and took care of inventory. Since my family is a part of the auto industry I take much pride in the automotive business.

Hi everyone,
My name is Merle , I am 24 years old  and studying Foreign- Trade & International Management, with a major in Marketing in the city of Hamburg, Germany.  I am in my final year and really excited to gain hands on experience in public relations, during my internship at AutoCom.

Prior to working at AutoCom I served as an intern at Renault and worked part- time at an event & marketing services company, during my studies.
I have already lived in the states in 2008/2009 and worked as an AuPair in Manhasset, New York. It  feels great to be back and to experience a new side of the of American life.
We are rock stars at heart, by the end of our internship we plan on leaving a lasting mark and impactful contribution to AutoCom Associates. We will keep you posted about everything that is going on at AutoCom, as well as our experiences during our time here.

About Cologne, Cars and Trees… - Update from the other Side of the Lake

 Hi or as we would say in Franconia "Servus", a couple of months have passed since I started my internship at AutoCom and even though I cannot share something about the amazing sites within and around Detroit, I can still give you an update on what is happening.  Philipp has joined us two months ago and we two are currently working on the Social Media Appearance of AutoCom. Even as "digital nomads" we encounter challenges and still have a lot to learn. Hi everyone, My name is Sarah Heuser. I’m 23 years old and from a small town near Cologne, Germany. I just finished my master’s in Journalism and Corporate Communications at the University of Applied Sciences in Wuerzburg. Even though I have a bachelor’s degree in Media and American Studies, I have never been to the US before. That’s why I really wanted to do an internship here so I could see what life and work is like. Rebecca and Julian, the other AutoCom interns, picked me up from the airport last Saturday and my new roommates and some of their friends were already waiting for me. We are all living in Royal Oak, but I’m in a different house than the other AutoCom interns. They are currently taking me to work as I am still figuring out details regarding my car. A New Year, a New Intern

Hi everybody, My name is Véronique and I am happy to say that I will be one of the new interns at AutoCom beginning on March 19. I am a 21 year old student from Germany. The internship is part of my International Business & Management degree that I am working on at the Hanze University in Groningen, Netherlands. I am currently in my third year at Hanze University and the previous semester I studied abroad at a partner university in Macau, China, where I took courses related to my marketing major. I am very excited to start my second stay abroad in a few weeks and I hope that I will gain a lot of professional experience and get to know the area of public relations while working at AutoCom. I also love traveling, so I hope I will be able to see as much of the U.S. as possible, especially since it is my first stay there.
