Thank You and Good Bye

Today is my last day at AutoCom, so it’s time to sing the swan song. I truly have to say my internship at AutoCom has been a great experience. I’ve met some amazing people and learned an exuberant amount about the public relations industry. I did so many different things while at AutoCom that it would be exhausting to list them all.

I must give a sincere thank you to Larry Weis, president and CEO of AutoCom . He pushed me hard, which made me stronger, and I learned so much from observing how he works. I will miss reminiscing with Jack and Merle during lunch, and sponging all of Jack’s wisdom from his many years of working in the public relations industry. I could listen to that man talk for hours!

Moving forward I feel like I can accomplish anything. I’m not sure what my future holds, but I know it will be promising. And a shout out to Craig, Denise and Palmer. You are awesome!

About Cologne, Cars and Trees… - Update from the other Side of the Lake

Hi or as we would say in Franconia "Servus", a couple of months have passed since I started my internship at AutoCom and even though I cannot share something about the amazing sites within and around Detroit, I can still give you an update on what is happening. Philipp has joined us two months ago and we two are currently working on the Social Media Appearance of AutoCom. Even as "digital nomads" we encounter challenges and still have a lot to learn. Hi everyone, My name is Sarah Heuser. I’m 23 years old and from a small town near Cologne, Germany. I just finished my master’s in Journalism and Corporate Communications at the University of Applied Sciences in Wuerzburg. Even though I have a bachelor’s degree in Media and American Studies, I have never been to the US before. That’s why I really wanted to do an internship here so I could see what life and work is like. A New Year, a New Intern

Hi everybody, My name is Véronique and I am happy to say that I will be one of the new interns at AutoCom beginning on March 19. I am a 21 year old student from Germany. The internship is part of my International Business & Management degree that I am working on at the Hanze University in Groningen, Netherlands. I am currently in my third year at Hanze University and the previous semester I studied abroad at a partner university in Macau, China, where I took courses related to my marketing major. I am very excited to start my second stay abroad in a few weeks and I hope that I will gain a lot of professional experience and get to know the area of public relations while working at AutoCom. I also love traveling, so I hope I will be able to see as much of the U.S. as possible, especially since it is my first stay there.
