Hello everyone!

My name is Sandra Henzold, and I just started an internship as an account assistant with AutoCom Associates for the next six months.

Michigan is much different from Gunzenhausen, in the south of Germany where I am from. Snowfall is plentiful here in Michigan, and the food is distinctly American!

I have earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Regensburg, Germany. During my studies, I served as an intern at BMW Regensburg, Germany and as a working student at Continental Regensburg, Germany at the Marketing & Communications Department, so I feel prepared for the work I’ll do over the next six months.

One of the reasons I chose an internship in the U.S. is because I wanted to expand my personal and professional skills during that time.
This Monday, the 5th of March was my first day at AutoCom. I arrived three days earlier to have some time to settle in. As many interns, I share a house in Royal Oak for the term of my internship.

I have a feeling that I will have a great time here, and I am really looking forward to it!

About Cologne, Cars and Trees… - Update from the other Side of the Lake

 Hi or as we would say in Franconia "Servus", a couple of months have passed since I started my internship at AutoCom and even though I cannot share something about the amazing sites within and around Detroit, I can still give you an update on what is happening.  Philipp has joined us two months ago and we two are currently working on the Social Media Appearance of AutoCom. A New Year, a New Intern

Hi everybody, My name is Véronique and I am happy to say that I will be one of the new interns at AutoCom beginning on March 19. I am a 21 year old student from Germany. The internship is part of my International Business & Management degree that I am working on at the Hanze University in Groningen, Netherlands. I am currently in my third year at Hanze University and the previous semester I studied abroad at a partner university in Macau, China, where I took courses related to my marketing major. I am very excited to start my second stay abroad in a few weeks and I hope that I will gain a lot of professional experience and get to know the area of public relations while working at AutoCom. I also love traveling, so I hope I will be able to see as much of the U.S. as possible, especially since it is my first stay there. It feels good to be home!

After completing my third year at Northern Michigan University in the Upper Peninsula, it feels good to be back home and in the office again. Larry was very gracious in allowing me to come back to AutoCom. For those of you that do not know me, my name is Tedi Falvo. Last summer I did an internship with AutoCom, and learned a lot about public relations outside of the classroom. Books can only teach you so much- the real learning comes when you go out on your own and put everything you have learned to the test. Last summer was a great experience, and I was thankful to work with such a great staff that was willing to help me succeed. While I was in Marquette, Mich. continuing my studies in public relations, and sociology, I remained in contact with AutoCom.
